I trained as a nurse in Cork 1985-88 and have worked in this area with the last 35 yrs gaining great life experience along with medical experience. During this time I had also been seconded to do various psychology and counselling courses. I qualified as a sports injury therapist in 2003 and began the journey of opening my own clinic.I embarked on training as an acupuncturist in 2013 in Landsdowne College Dublin with the renowned Dr Vincent Carroll and furthering my knowledge and experience by immersing myself in a WHO approved Acupunture hospital in Vietnam enabling me to fully integrate western and eastern approaches to obtaining maintaining and promoting good health both physically and mentally.I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience in promoting yours.
